We want you to love every piece you receive, but we understand that returns happen. Our goal is to make the process simple and streamlined.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please use our return portal here and follow the prompts. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes in original shoe boxes) within 30 days of fulfillment for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased with a 30% off discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Store Credit

You may choose:

• An exchange for the same item in a different available size or color
• Store credit for the amount paid for the item, including taxes

Exchanges do not incur additional fees.

Returns issued as store credit are subject to an $8 handling and processing fee, which will be deducted from the credit amount.

Return protection may be purchased at checkout to waive the store credit processing fee. Return protection does not apply to FINAL SALE items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

We carefully inspect all items prior to shipment. Failure to report damage within 3 days of confirmed delivery may result in denial of the claim.

While we strive to accurately represent product colors and details, variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. These differences do not qualify as defects but remain eligible for return under our standard return policy.
