Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting a female-owned small business.

All orders within the continental United States over $100 receive FREE standard shipping. All products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Sautee, Georgia.

Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET begin processing the next business day. During major launches and sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days, but we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you can select Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping, or Express Shipping. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you created an account, you can also log in anytime to view your order status or click here.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please double-check your address and order details before submitting. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon. We look forward to serving our Oaklynn & Ivy customers beyond the U.S. in the near future.

Missing Packages

Please allow 24 hours from the time the carrier marks your package as delivered for it to arrive. Carriers may occasionally scan packages prior to final delivery.

If 24 hours have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.

You must contact our customer support team within 5 days of the tracking being marked delivered so we may further review the situation.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or store credit depending on product availability.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address provided at checkout, Oaklynn & Ivy Co. is not responsible for the package and a refund or replacement will not be issued.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders exceeding $200, address verification may be required prior to shipping.

Oaklynn & Ivy Co. reserves the right to require signature confirmation on future orders or decline future orders in cases of repeated lost package claims.
